What to Expect on Your Inspection Visit
At Coast & Country Homes, we see property purchase as a process, a journey we will go through together over the 3-4 days viewing trip to find the right property for you. With properties from 30,000 GBP to 3M, all across the North, we have properties for each and every budget and lifestyle. The 3 – 4 days allows time for this discovery process, the find and eliminate choices, and fine tune your needs.
Furthermore, Coast & Country partners with a network of agents, so should you find a property of interest advertised, simply provide us the details and we will ensure it is part of our viewing trip. Our clients should know that they have they have all property options at their fingertips!
We will send you an Inspection Visit schedule prior to your arrival, confirming your accommodation reservations, detailing when our viewings will be, your information session with the property lawyer, as well as break times to enjoy the resort.
Our Property Specialist will meet you after breakfast to begin the journey, viewing different locations and properties, and offering all of their North Cyprus insight and expertise along the way!
